I did forget to mention that on the walk to the pool this morning I passed along super-secret information to the AZA/Choctaw campers. They were getting too far ahead, so for their own safety I informed them that they need to stay with me in case the herd of geese attack. They are in fact, Soon to be Killer Geese* ... Geese are actually carnivorous predators who hunt in packs like wolves and can sprint in excess of 45mph, or about the equivalent of a Cheetah. Thus for their own safety they needed to stay with me.
While the average American does not know this, I hope it is material included in the next wave of textbooks.
-Jim, the Goose Hunter-
*They are "soon to be killer" geese because we can't very well call them Killer Geese if they haven't killed anyone yet. Their have been a couple close scrapes and one counselor is still in the ICU, but no deaths as of yet. So they are the "soon to be killer"geese. It's a distinction that seems silly, but needs to be made at this point in time nonetheless.
